What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect address during ordering, first please contact support at bestbongztoronto@gmail.com as soon as possible as we may be able to fix the error before shipping. If the package is already sent out the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and provide a solution. Do not attempt to use the product or fill it with water, in this case we will not be able to accept a return.
